Jim began his career with Mead Johnson Nutritionals in Canada and held positions of increasing responsibility over his 35 years in R&D across the Americas. In 2004, he joined Nestlé Nutrition, where he headed the Medical Nutrition R&D function for the Latin America region.

Since 2009, Jim has been consulting on innovation projects in the food, beverage and nutrition industries, leveraging his rich experience in new product development and manufacturing. His clients include The Hershey Company, USA and Dairy Fresh Foods, Canada.

Jim is best known for creating the ‘Boost’ range of nutritional products.
